This website has been designed to give you a hassle-free experience so you can sit back, relax and browse/buy at your leisure.

Look through our product range by clicking on any of the categories on the homepage. You can select these either down the left hand side or via the pictures on the main page. You will find there are some sub categories too depending on the range you are viewing.

As you view our products when you see something you like simply select the quantity you require and click on buy or add to cart. Our current stock levels are automatically updated and shown on each item page.

When you have finished, click on Checkout. Follow the on-screen process to complete checkout, entering any discount vouchers you may have. Please remember to come back to our site once the checkout process is completed, this then confirms your order.

Once you have completed the checkout process, your order will be packed and dispatched to you within a maximum of 2 working days. If paying by UK cheque your order will only be posted upon clearance of funds. This usually takes between 5-7 working days.

Delivery

Any orders placed after 3pm Friday will be dispatched Monday. However, if the Monday is a UK bank holiday, we will dispatch Tuesday.

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class mail or Next Day Special Delivery for high value orders within the UK. Please contact us if you require a different delivery method eg 1st class.

For Europe, America, Australia and Canada we use Airmail Standard.

Royal Mail aim to deliver UK 2nd class mail within 3-5 working days, EU Airmail delivery within 5 working days and USA/Canada/Australia Airmail delivery within 10 working days.

Postage

Kay Dees postage and packaging is free for UK customers during February - our site minimum order value is £9.99. Postage will be charged at £1.49 for orders less than our site minimum.

Overseas orders are calculated by weight. Maximum package weight for all overseas orders is 2kg. Once this weight is reached in your cart, postage costs will show as £99.99. Please contact us so we can discuss options for orders of this size and above.

Europe, as defined here by Royal Mail, prices start at £1.35

Rest of World, as defined here by Royal Mail, prices start at £1.85

Payment Options

You can shop and pay for your purchases securely and easily online. We use Paypal and Nochex as our payment gateways.

100% secure and safe and handled on encrypted (padlocked) pages. Please be rest assured that we will never see your payment details. The only information that is sent to us is your purchase(s) information and address details, which is solely used to process your order and dispatch your purchase(s). We do not disclose any of this information onto third parties/companies.

We also accept offline payments (UK ONLY). See below for more information.

Credit/Debit Cards

We accept all major credit/debit cards, mastercard, visa etc.

Paypal

This is a safe and easy payment gateway and takes you a few minutes to set-up an account. You can pay with all major debit/credit cards or your bank account via Paypal. Follow instructions at checkout (click on 'sign up' when you are at the Paypal secure payment page).

Existing Paypal Account Holders

Pay with all major debit/credit cards, your bank account or Paypal balance. Follow instructions at checkout (click on 'log into your account' when you are at the Paypal secure payment page).

Bank Transfers

We accept bank transfers, our details will be provided when you choose to pay by this option. Overseas buyers please contact us via email for our IBAN and BIC details.

Cash

This is not a recommended option.

Discount codes

Because we value your custom, we are now giving a *5% Discount to customers who return to us, just use the same login details as before and the discount will be deducted automatically.

Some buyers may come to us with a discount code for their first purchase. Please do not try to reuse this code for subsequent orders as they will be declined and refunded.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, or any part of the transaction process please do not hesitate to contact us, we are here to help.

Please do remember that some item contents can vary from pack to pack, this will be indicated in the item description. Contents will however always be equivalent in value and style.

Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Notice of intention to return must be advised within 7 days of receipt.

Return Postage and Packaging costs will be refunded only if item is not as described or damaged.

Item to be returned with original packaging please, but particularly should you receive a damaged package.
