* Pigment ink will not dry on acetate or glossy surfaces unless embossed and dried with a suitable heat tool.

Pigment inks are used primarily for embossing and are usually glycerin based which gives the ink a slightly oily texture. We do not recommend using this ink pad for stamping things such as business cards, labels, envelopes etc where an alcohol or solvent based ink is more suitable.
